Designed in conjunction with James Carter. This sax offers precise intonation, quick response and a big tone.  This latest model features stunning "influence" solid nickel silver alternate/high F# keys. 

The signature P.Mauriat tone lends itself to the sopranino very well, offering a lovely round, warm softness to the high pitched tone.

This sax benefits greatly from a mouthpiece upgrade, we recommend a Selmer S80 or Yanagisawa.

Pitched one octave above the alto saxophone, the sopranino can be tricky to master but when played well, it has a stunning sweet tone.
