P Mauriat Le Bravo Soprano Saxophone

Free blowing saxophone with huge sound, a perfect first upgrade

Satin gold lacquered red brass body, gold lacquered keys and a silver plated neck. Warm and resonant sound with enough punch to stand out from the crowd.

Description

The Le Bravo is a beautifully crafted instrument that any serious saxophonist would be happy to play.

Priced ideally for advancing students but serious enough for pro players on a budget. A more contemporary tone to that of its competitors principally due to the silver plated neck which adds a huge amount of extra punch. Its sound is rich and projects well, its intonation is excellent.

Well rounded and robust soprano saxophone that sounds fantastic straight out of the box. The satin lacquer looks very classy and subtly individual.

Review

The Le Bravo Alto and Tenor have been around for a few years now and I've always found them amongst the best in their class, especially for a powerful tone, strong projection and a bit of personality! Now at last P.Mauriat have released the soprano model and it doesn't disappoint. There are plenty of great sopranos if you have a big budget and plenty of cheap student models but at this intermediate price there is little that can touch the Le Bravo.......
